(the "Company") (TSX Venture\nExchange: BRY), a fluid supply specialist and industry leader in the wholesale\ndistribution of drilling fluid chemicals and additives to the resource\nindustry in North America, has entered into an exclusive distribution\nagreement with Colloid Environmental Technologies Company ("CETCO"), an\nindustrial fluids manufacturing company based out of Illinois, USA and a\nwholly-owned subsidiary of AMCOL International Corp., a company listed on the\nNew York Stock Exchange.\n\n\nAs a result of the agreement with CETCO, the Company is pursuing further\nexpansion plans for its Industrial Fluids Division which supplies\ntechnologically advanced industrial fluids to various markets including\nhorizontal directional drilling, mining exploration, geothermal and\ngeotechnical, seismic and construction.\n\n\nThe agreement with CETCO provides product exclusivity for the provinces\nof Alberta and Saskatchewan and offers the Company a significant advantage in\ntechnology driven fluids including horizontal de-watering applications for the\noil sands.\n\n\nAbout Bri-Chem\n\n\nThe Company operates out of its head office located in Acheson, Alberta\nand its principal activity is the wholesale/distribution blending and\npackaging of drilling fluid supplies for the oil and gas industry.
