Mr. Theiss is a Chartered\nAccountant and has gained valuable experience in the areas of accounting,\ncorporate restructuring, project management and acquisitions while working\nwith a private oil and gas income trust. Mr. Theiss also brings a wealth of\nfinancial background knowledge gained while working in public practice.\nBri-Chem is delighted to have him as part of the corporate team.\n\n\nAs part of Mr. Theiss's compensation, Bri-Chem has granted to him an\noption to purchase 75,000 common shares exercisable at a price of $2.00 per\nshare for five years.
