[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9961R Marwyn Materials Limited 01 September 2010 \n \n\n \n1 September 2010\n \n \nMARWYN MATERIALS LIMITED (the \"Company\")\n \nResult of Extraordinary General Meeting and Change of Name\n \n \nThe Company is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions set out in the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting included in the admission document issued by the Company on 17 August 2010 relating to the reverse takeover of Breedon Holdings Limited and the placing of 416,666,667 Ordinary Shares were duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting which was held today at 10.00 am. \n \nFollowing the passing of these resolutions, the Company also announces that it has changed its name to Breedon Aggregates Limited and will change its EPIC/TIDM from \"MMAT\" to \"BREE\" with effect from 7 September 2010.\n \nApplication has been made for admission of the Enlarged Share Capital to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the 12,500,000 VCT Placing Shares are expected to commence on AIM on 2 September 2010. Dealings in the 404,166,667 General Placing Shares are expected to commence and dealings in the VCT Placing Shares and the Existing Ordinary Shares are expected to recommence on 3 September 2010.
