[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8883K Breedon Aggregates Ld 05 January 2016 \n\n5 January 2016\n \nBreedon Aggregates Limited\n(\"Breedon Aggregates\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBlock Listing Update\n \nFurther to the announcement by the Company on 20 May 2015, Breedon Aggregates announces that a total of 113,860 ordinary shares of no par value (\"Ordinary Shares\") have been issued since that date pursuant to the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme and admitted to trading in accordance with the block listing applied for on 20 May 2015 (the \"Block Listing\"). An update in accordance with Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below.\n \nIn addition, during the period between 15 July 2014 and 20 May 2015, 729,173 Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme and admitted to trading in accordance with previous block listings. \n \nAs at today there are 1,149,390,728 Ordinary Shares in issue.
