Further re: Reverse Acquisition of Breedon Holdings Limited

The Company announces that First Admission will now become effective and that dealings in the VCT Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 September 2010 and that subject to First Admission having occurred, Second Admission will become effective and that dealings in the General Placing Shares will commence and dealings in the VCT Placing Shares and Existing Ordinary Shares will recommence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 September 2010.
