[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2559V Breedon Aggregates Ld 14 April 2016 \n\n \n14 April 2016\nBREEDON AGGREGATES LIMITED\n(\"Breedon\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAdditional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares\n \nThe Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value (the \"New Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to AIM. New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme.\n \nNew Ordinary Shares issued under the block listing will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 19 April 2016.\n \nAs at today there are 1,149,405,537 ordinary shares in issue.
