The Annual Report has been prepared using the XHTML format with Inline XBRL mark up, as specified in DTR 4.1. The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.breedongroup.com/investors.\n \nThe Annual Report and Notice of AGM have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's Electronic Submission Service and will shortly be available on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n \nOur AGM will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 2.00pm at Pinnacle House, Breedon Quarry, Breedon on the Hill, Derby DE73 8AP.\n \nSubject to shareholder approval at the AGM, a final dividend of 9.5 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 17 May 2024 to shareholders who are on the Register of Members at the close of business on 5 April 2024. The ex-dividend date is 4 April 2024.
