The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting are now available on the Company's website at\n \n \n www.breedongroup.com/investors\n \n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n The AGM will be held on Wednesday 26 April 2023 at 2.00pm at Pinnacle House, Breedon Quarry, Breedon on the Hill, Derby DE73 8AP\n .\n \n \n \n \n \n Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, 1.4pence per ordinary share of no par value will be paid as a final dividend on 5 May 2023 to shareholders who are on the Register of Members at the close of business on 11 April 2023.
