Sale of MiniMBA and Notice of Results

The Board of Centaur is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 25 June 2025 (the "Disposal Announcement"), Centaur has completed the sale of The Mini Training Company Limited, comprising the trade and assets of MiniMBA ("MiniMBA") to Brave Bison Group plc ("Brave Bison"), for an enterprise value of £19 million (the "Transaction"). For the purposes of UKLR 7.3.3, the Company confirms that there has been no material change affecting any matter contained in the Disposal Announcement.

Use of Proceeds

It is the Board's intention to use the proceeds from the Transaction, that have now been received by Centaur, to return capital to shareholders and will consult with shareholders before deciding how the proceeds will be returned. The quantum, timing and form of any such return of capital shall be at the discretion of the Board and further details will be announced in due course.

Notice of Results

Centaur intends to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on 17 September 2025.
