Result of General Meeting

Brave Bison, the next-generation marketing and technology partner for global brands, confirms that the Resolution put to shareholders at the general meeting held earlier today was voted down by shareholders by way of a poll and failed to pass.

The results of the poll and the scrutineer's certificate of the voting result will be made available on the Company's website shortly and capitalised terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the same meaning given to them in the Company's circular dated 6 October 2025.

Other than those votes cast on behalf of the Requisitioning Member, votes representing an aggregate of 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital were cast in favour of the Resolution.
