The expected admission date is 6 March 2017, and not 27 January 2017 as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged. The full text of the amended announcement shown below.\n1 March 2017\nBrave Bison Group plc\n(\"Brave Bison\" or the \"Company\")\nIssue of equity\nApplication has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 150,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the \"New Shares\"), pursuant to the exercise of vested options by a previous employee. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares and admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 6 March 2017.\nFollowing the issue of the New Shares the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") in the Company with voting rights will be 571,778,124. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
