(the "Company" or Sprylogics") (TSX-VENTURE: SPY), a developer of next\ngeneration semantic search technologies and intelligence-based risk mitigation\nsoftware and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kerry Adler\nto the Company's new advisory board.\n\n\nMr. Adler is presently the President, Chief Executive Officer, and the\nfounding shareholder of SkyPower Corp, a Lehman Brothers Company, and Canada's\nleading renewable energy company.\n\n\nPrior to founding SkyPower, from 1999 to 2003, Mr. Adler was co-founder,\nPresident and Chief Executive Officer of Webhelp Inc., a leading\nmulti-national, 3,500-employee, business process outsourcing company. Mr.\nAdler also served in various capacities including Chairman (SITEL Canada), and\nSenior Vice President of SITEL Corporation, a 20,000+ employee CRM company.\nPrevious to SITEL, Mr. Adler served as Executive Vice President, CTC Canadian\nTelephone Company and President of Corpfon Corp. respectively.\n\n\nMr. Adler currently serves on the boards of SkyPower Corp., Newfoundland\nand Manitoba Wind Energy Partners, SkyCitizens Wind Energy Corp., Ontario Wind\nEnergy Partners, The Argos Foundation, Adler Renewable Energy Fund, The\nMatthew Coon Come Foundation and acts as an advisor to Mobile Cube Corp., KMX\nCorp, WiConnect Corp., and the World Wildlife Canada Climate Change Advisory\nCouncil.
