The MOU\nprovides the basis for development of a strategic marketing alliance between\nSprylogics and INK, whereby each party will agree to advertise, promote and\nprovide access to the other's products from their respective Web Sites.\n\n\nUnder this co-marketing initiative, it is proposed that Sprylogics and\nINK will develop a content sharing program which will provide subscribers of\nSprylogics' www.Integradb.com website, access to insider reports for Canadian\npublic companies, produced by INK. www.Integradb.com is a web based due\ndiligence search engine for the financial markets based on social network\nanalysis.\n\n\nIn addition, it is contemplated that this affiliate marketing strategy\nwill also provide subscribers of INK's www.INKResearch.ca web site and\nwww.Canadianinsider.com web site with access to proprietary information and\nsocial analysis graphs relating to the North American financial markets and\nparticipants.
