Temporary Suspension of Listing and Trading
Further to the Company's announcement dated 26 June 2023, Braemar (LSE: BMS) confirms that, at the Company's request, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of ten pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on the premium segment of the Official List, and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, have been suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. today.
The Company will provide further updates on expected timings for publication of its annual financial report for the year ended 28 February 2023 ("FY23 Results") in due course. The Company expects to request a restoration of the listing of its ordinary shares on publication of its FY23 Results.
