Following completion yesterday of the merger with Braemar Shipbrokers Limited,
Messrs. John Hunter Bodkin, Christopher Robert Buckley and Andrew Michael
Glyndwr Williams have, with immediate effect, resigned from the board.
Also with immediate effect, Alan Robert William Marsh, Chairman of Braemar
Tankers has been appointed to the Board in the capacity of Chief Executive.
