[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6838I Braemar Shipping Services PLC 21 November 2008 \nBraemar Shipping Services plc \n('Braemar' or the 'Company')\n\nIssue of Equity \n\nAcquisition \n\n\nThe Board of Braemar announces that it has acquired the remaining 10% of Steege Kingston De Mexico, SA de CV which it did not acquire at the time of the acquisition of Steege Kingston Partnership Limited announced on 26 February 2008. \n\nConsideration is being satisfied by the issue of 10,118 new ordinary shares in the Company to Eduardo Azuara Cardenas.\n\nApplication will be made to the UK Listing Authority for the 10,118 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in these new ordinary shares on 2 December 2008.
