Nigel will also chair the Company's Nomination Committee.\n \n \n \n \n \n Nigel has a wealth of experience of leading publicly listed companies, both as Chairman and CEO. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Gateley Plc and a Non-Executive Director of GetBusy Plc, and was the CEO of Sportingbet Plc from 2000 to 2006.\n \n \n \n \n \n Nigel will succeed Ron Series, who, as previously announced, has decided to step down as Chairman and will leave the Board on 30 April 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n James Gundy, Group Chief Executive Officer of Braemar, said:\n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Nigel to the Board. He is joining Braemar at an exciting time in the development of the Group, and I look forward to working with him as we deliver on our new growth strategy centred on Shipbroking.
