Board change

 

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international shipbroker and provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces in accordance with LR 9.6.11R that Steve Kunzer, non-executive director, will stand down from the board with effect from 31^st January 2023, in order to take up the position of Chief Executive Officer of Lila Global, the shipowning subsidiary of Global Marketing Systems Inc. A replacement non-executive director will be appointed in due course.

 

Nigel Payne, Chairman of Braemar, said :
