Following completion of the Acquisition as announced on 26 September, Braemar is pleased to confirm that the Consideration Shares have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. \n \nIn accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Braemar in issue as at 28 September 2017 is 30,631,925 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
