Bradda Head Lithium Ltd announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on December 30, 2025. The company, focused on North American lithium development, has significant mineral resources at its Basin East Project, including a Measured Resource of 20 million tonnes at 929 ppm Li for 99 kt LCE, and an Indicated Resource of 122 million tonnes at 860 ppm Li alongside an Inferred Resource of 499 million tonnes at 810 ppm Li for a total of 2.81 million tonnes LCE.
