[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n14 September 2023\nBradda Head Lithium Ltd\n(\"Bradda Head\", or the \"Company\")\n Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting\nBradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM:BHL), the North America-focused lithium development group, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the \"AGM\") will be held at 11:00 am on 23 November 2023 at the Claremont Hotel, Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, and also via the Investor Meet Company online platform.\nThe Notice of the AGM will also be available on the Company's website www.braddaheadltd.com and is being posted to shareholders.\nInvestor Meet Company\nIn order to allow shareholders to follow the proceedings of the AGM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform.\nShareholders are invited to submit questions for the board to consider.
