Following the issue of these shares, Ekwienox will hold a total of 21,415,637 ordinary shares, equivalent to 72.29 per cent. of the voting share capital of Baydonhill.\n\nApplication has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 June 2009.
