[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6081W Baydonhill PLC 31 July 2009 \n \n31 July 2009\n\nBaydonhill plc\n('Baydonhill' or the 'Company')\n\nExercise of Options\n\nThe Company announces that, following the exercise of options by Ekwienox FX Limited ('Ekwienox') at an exercise price of 5.75p per share, it has issued, conditional on admission, 1,749,070 new ordinary shares of 1p each and at an exercise price of 6.25p per share, it has issued, conditional on admission, 560,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each. Following the issue of these shares, Ekwienox will hold a total of 23,724,707 ordinary shares, equivalent to 74.30 per cent. of the voting share capital of Baydonhill.\n\nApplication has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 August 2009.
