(TSX-V: BQE) (\"BQE Water\" or the \"Company\"), a leader in the treatment of mine impacted water, today reported the results of the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") of shareholders held on December 7, 2017. The shareholders decided to reduce the number of directors from six to five. Accordingly, George Poling, Clement Pelletier, Christopher Fleming, Peter Gleeson and David Kratochvil were nominated and elected as directors of BQE Water.\n\n \n \nThe Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Ronald Sifton, who elected not to stand for re-election, for his time and significant efforts on behalf of the Company.\n\n \n \nThe directors were elected to hold office until the next AGM or until their successors are elected or appointed. The directors have appointed George Poling as Chair of the Board for the upcoming year.
