The Management Information Circular\noutlining the meeting resolutions and Director Nominees will be mailed\nto all shareholders of record as of July 20, 2022.\n \n \n \n \n However, considering\n \n \n \n ongoing\nconcerns regarding the spread of COVID-19\n \n \n \n , the Company respectfully asks its shareholders to refrain\nfrom attending the Meeting in person.
