The Management Information Circular outlining the meeting resolutions and Director Nominees will be mailed to all shareholders of record as of July 20, 2020. \n\n\n \nHowever, in accordance with strict guidelines issued by Government Health Authorities and in light of ongoing concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, the Company respectfully asks its shareholders to refrain from attending the Meeting in person this year. As such, shareholders are expected to participate in the Meeting by voting by proxy, in advance of the meeting, by using the voting instruction form or the form of proxy mailed to them with the Management Information Circular.\n\n\n \nShareholders who wish to hear the proceedings of the Meeting without attending in person may join the Meeting by phone by dialing 1-855-407-4606 (toll-free in Canada and USA) and entering 7083019# as the participant code.
