[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 22 June 2022\n \n \n \n Tasty plc\n \n \n \n (\"Tasty\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Directorate Changes and Conversion of B Shares under Growth Shares Scheme\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, is pleased to announce the following Board changes and details in relation to the conversion of certain B Shares under the Company's growth shares scheme.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Board Changes\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Dixon, as an independent Non-executive Director, with immediate effect.\n \n \n \n \n \n Wendy spent two decades working with global brands, in a variety of leadership roles in multiple markets within the Publicis Groupe. Wendy then joined Leo Burnett in 1996 working in both North America and Europe, where she helped major brands within Disney and Procter & Gamble to develop integrated communications campaigns and managed agency revenue budgets, until 2018.\n \n \n \n \n \n Wendy was appointed as M&C Saatchi Group's first Chief Growth Officer in 2019 with responsibility for leading internal collaboration, building the brand of the company externally and bringing together both capabilities and talent in order for new and existing clients to grow.\n \n \n \n \n \n The directorships and partnerships currently held by Wendy Dixon and over the five years preceding the date of appointment are as follows:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mrs Wendy Dixon\n \n \n , aged 48\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Current directorships/partnerships\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Previous directorships/partnerships\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n None\n \n \n \n \n None\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Wendy Dixon does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company and there are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.\n \n \n \n \n \n In addition, Harald\n Samúelsson, currently an independent non-executive Director of the Company will become an executive director of the Company with responsibility for food and operational support, with immediate effect.\n Harald Samúelsson has over 20 years of experience in the UK restaurant industry.
