Bourque Industries Issues Retraction on Press Release dated February 7, 2013

A Press Release dated February 7, 2013 stated that an invitation was extended to Matthew Schissler and Brent Willis to join the Board of Directors of Bourque Industries, Inc.  The Release should have stated that both candidates were being considered to expand the Board of Directors.  To date, no additional appointments have been made to the Board of Directors.
