[{"type":"text","content":"Bourque Industries, Inc., a development stage company undertaking to commercialize its patented Kryron metal-alloying process using nanotechnology, announced this morning a restructuring of its Board of Directors, appointment of a new interim Chief Executive Officer, a new consulting Chief Technology Officer and a new consulting Chief Operating Officer. \n Juan Mendoza and Carol J. Condon have joined the Board of Directors, filling vacancies created by the departure for personal reasons of Messrs. Scott Stover and Ray Humphrey. As a result, the Board of Directors now consists of Charmaine (Sandy) Berry, Juan Mendoza and Carol J. Condon. \nCarol J. Condon has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Randy Ellington has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, and Robert Callesen has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.\nJuan Mendoza is currently working for the U.S. Department of State, US Embassy, Kabul, Afghanistan. In his capacity with the U.S. Embassy, Mr. Mendoza ensures the safety of visiting dignitaries and delegation principals. He provides direct supervision and oversight of designated Protective Security teams for U.S. Government employees and visiting U.S. Dignitaries. Mr. Mendoza currently uses Bourque Industries body in the course of his protective operations duties.\nMr. Mendoza was formerly in the U. S. Navy and worked for the Phoenix, Arizona Police Department. He received his Bachelor?s degree in Biology and Chemistry from the Grand Canyon University, Arizona. \nFor the past two years, Mr. Mendoza has been working with Bourque Industries promoting the Bourque Industries body armor to colleagues and others asking for his assessment of available body armor in the industry. As a result, Juan is in a unique position to provide insight on marketing of body armor and vehicle armor products to the military and federal law enforcement.\nCarol J. Condon has been worked for Bourque Industries since inception. She previously worked for JBIT and Bourque Alloys, as well as Bourque Industries, in the capacity of Executive Vice President and handled day-to-day operations at all three companies. \nMs. Condon is in a unique position to help carry the Company forward due to he...
