Bounce Mobile Systems Inc. Provides Update on Corporate Name and Ticker Symbol Change to Delex Healthcare Group Inc.

4^th November 2025 – Bounce Mobile Systems Inc. (OTC: BNCM) (the "Company") today provided an update on the ongoing corporate action to formally change its corporate name to Delex Healthcare Group Inc. and its corresponding trading symbol to "DELEX."

The name change, which was approved by the Company's Board of Directors following the strategic merger with Delex Healthcare Group, is a non-dilutive corporate event intended to align the Company’s public identity with its core operating business focused on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

Corporate Action Status:

The Company is engaging counsel to prepare and submit the necessary documentation for the corporate name change via a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada.

Concurrently, the Company shall file the requisite application with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for the new ticker symbol "DELEX" pursuant to FINRA Rule 6490 (Processing of Company-Related Actions). The finalization of the ticker symbol change remains subject to FINRA processing and the issuance of a definitive Effective Date for trading under the new symbol.

Shareholders of the Company are not required to take any action regarding their ownership of the Company’s common stock.
