(OTC: BNCM) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Trade Associates, LLC (TRADE), appointing BNCM, on an exclusive basis, to search and acquire for a company currently quoted on the OTC Markets for a Reverse Merger with TRADE. Pursuant to the MOA, the increase in asset and market value of the company, TRADE and BNCM shall work closely together to acquire New Companies with current net assets of not less than US$10 million and current revenues of not less than US$10 million, with experienced management, and with a potential for listing on the OTC or NASDAQ Markets within the next 24 months. TRADE will be active in the search and exploration of qualified companies that can exponentially increase the market value of TRADE in time for its reverse merger with a company currently quoted on the OTC Markets.
