BNCM Now on Pink Current Status

June 30, 2021 - Bounce Mobile Systems, Inc. (BNCM) is pleased to announce that we have updated our status to Pink Current. The Stop designation has been lifted after posting the annual financial disclosures for 2019 and 2020 and the quarterly financial disclosure for March 31, 2021. 

BNCM re-establishes its position in the Pink Open Market for 2021. BNCM, as an Asset Management Company, secures its assets by investing in companies with strong growth potentials, robust revenues, significant profits, proven track records, and promising business models with highly experienced management teams that will exceptionally qualify for quotation and or listing on the OTC and or NASDAQ markets within the next 2 to 3 years. The growth of these companies will directly provide more employment opportunities to the communities, improve the economy of the country, and bring greater social change to humanity. 

A definitive signed agreement between BNCM and AGROKINGS, INC. gave a re-birth to Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (SFIO) through a back-door listing and achieved its Pink Current Status on May 12, 2021. SFIO is a conglomerate of five strategic business companies in the food manufacturing and distribution, franchising, coffee business, property development, as well as technology and software development under Epiphany Cafe franchise group, Ardent Bakers, Gorgeous Coffee Co., A+ Electrical and Accord Investment Group, with a strong presence in New Zealand and Australia. 

New partnerships and acquisitions are lined up, among which is BNCM's strategic partnership with SFIO, which is expected to commence this July. Several definitive agreements will be signed in the coming months and BNCM will issue a press release and announcement of these exciting partnerships and acquisitions in the coming months.
