Bounce Mobile Systems, Inc. [BNCM] has finalized its partnership with Smokefree Innotec, Inc., a company quoted on the OTC Markets under the ticker symbol SFIO. 

BNCM and its team were involved in the quotation of SFIO, after the removal of its Caveat Emptor [CE] designation and achieving its current Pink status in May of this year. BNCM and its team were also involved in the successful acquisition of Agrokings, Inc., a Delaware-incorporated company with five [5] New Zealand-based subsidiaries, namely: Epiphany Cafe Franchise Group, Ardent Bakers, Gorgeous Coffee Co., A+ Electrical and Accord Investment Group - all of which currently have a strong presence in New Zealand and Australia. SFIO will now fully operate these companies under five [5] strategic business divisions, namely: franchising, food manufacturing and distribution, coffee business, property development, as well as technology and software development. 

SFIO's recently forged partnership with AG Architects 2019 Limited intends to get a share of the lucrative real estate industry. AG Architects bags over NZD 55million worth of construction projects to be accomplished within the year, and has approximately NZD 100million worth of projects in the pipeline. SFIO will be active in the search and exploration of qualified companies that can exponentially propel the growth of SFIO, and proportionally boost the market value of BNCM. 

BNCM, owning substantial shares in SFIO, plans to continue investing and or establishing strategic partnerships in or with companies with strong growth and robust earnings, solid business models and highly experienced management teams. BNCM secures its assets through the quotation or listing of these companies on the OTC or NASDAQ Markets.
