On May 18, 2026, Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE:BOC) announced that it has entered into a definitive Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell UCS, its surety insurance business, which is operated by General Indemnity Group, LLC (GIG), to CopperPoint.
