FURTHER INFORMATION ON NEW DIRECTORS
Further to the recent appointment of new directors to the Company's Board, the
following information is disclosable in accordance with the requirements of
chapter 16 of the Listing Rules:

been involved in receivership, compulsory liquidation, creditors'
voluntary liquidation, administration, company voluntary arrangement,
or any composition or arrangement with its creditors generally or any
class of its creditors, either at the time or within the 12 months
preceding such events;
iii. been a partner of any partnership which has been involved in
compulsory liquidation, administration, or partnership voluntary
arrangement, either at the time or within the 12 months preceding such
events;
iv. been subject to the receivership of a personal asset or a partnership
asset where he was a partner either at the time or within the 12
months preceding such event;
v. been subject to any public criticism by statutory or regulatory
authorities (including recognised professional bodies); or
vi. been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or
from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any
company.
