Brooke Industrial Holdings PLC 21 December 2001 BROOKE INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS PLC (the 'Company') NOTIFIABLE INTEREST The Company has received notification today that following the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company Mr Richard M Elliott now holds 485,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.17 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
