Publication of Annual Report & Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024

Lifting of Temporary Suspension of Listing and Trading in the Company's Shares

The board of directors of BIH is pleased to announce that its annual report and audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "2024 Annual Report & Accounts") have now been finalised and published.  A copy of the 2024 Annual Report & Accounts will be shortly available on the Company's website at: https://www.bihplc.com/shareholder-information/financial-reports and will also be soon available for viewing at the National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") for the lifting of the temporary suspension of the listing of the Company's shares on the FCA's Official List which was put into place on 1 May 2025. The Company's re-listing will take effect on receipt of approval from the FCA.
