(TSX-V:EV) (“Erin”) is pleased to announce that, subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”), it has completed its previously announced  non-brokered private placement offering of 9,208,333 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.06 per Unit for gross proceeds of $552,500.  Each Unit is comprised of one (1) common share (“Common Share”) and one (1) Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”).  Each Warrant will have a three year term with an exercise price of $0.15 in the first year, $0.30 in the second and $0.50 in the third year, with an accelerated exercise clause.  In the event tha...
