Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders. Both documents will shortly be available on the Company's website.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 June 2022 at 1:30 p.m at Wedlake Bell LLP, 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AY.
