Ontario – The Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario: Works to improve the lives of Ontario residents through leadership, collaboration and an ongoing pursuit of excellence in community mental health and addiction services. British Columbia – DTES Response: Coordinated effort to prevent the spread of COVID‑19 in the underprivileged Downtown Eastside neighbourhood in Vancouver. The funds raised are distributed among several foundations and organizations that work directly in this neighbourhood to meet the urgent needs of the community.
