The scheme is open to all employees, giving them the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company via share option arrangements.\n \n \n Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") with an exercise price of 154.48 pence, representing a 20% discount to the closing middle market price of the Ordinary Shares on 6 October 2021, the day before the invitation to participate was made.
