[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8527U\n boohoo group plc\n 07 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n For Immediate Release\n \n \n \n \n 7 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n boohoo group plc\n \n \n \n \n \n (\"boohoo\" or \"the Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Block Listings Update and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n boohoo group plc, the leading online fashion retailer, today announces that its existing block admission arrangements in respect of The boohoo group plc 2014 ESOP, the boohoo group plc 2014 ESOP (2015 grant), the boohoo group plc 2015 SAYE and the boohoo group plc 2016 SAYE have all been fully utilised. As a result, each block listing has now been closed and all shares that were initially admitted have been subsequently issued and allotted.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the closure, boohoo now has one block admission to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the boohoo group SAYE share scheme, the boohoo group plc ESOP and the boohoo group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.\n \n \n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the closure of the block listings noted above, as at 7 December 2021 the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") and voting rights in the Company is \n 1,267,629,949\n . No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
