(TSXV: CFI) (the\n"Issuer").\n\n\nGordon Stollery announces that on June 24, 2009, he disposed of 1,500,000\ncommon shares of the Issuer at a price of $0.40 per share to an arm's length\nthird party through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Following this\ndisposition, Gordon Stollery's security holding percentage in the Issuer\ndecreased to approximately 29.5% of the issued and outstanding common shares\nof the Issuer.\n\n\nGordon Stollery has no present intention of acquiring any additional\ncommon shares of the Issuer, however, this intention may change in the future\ndepending on the circumstances.\n\n\nIn connection with the disposition of the common shares, Gordon Stollery\nis relying on the exemption from a prospectus requirement for a trade by a\ncontrol person contained in Section 2.8 of National Instrument 45-102 - Resale\nof Securities.
