2012-0205 - Delist - Rencore Resources Ltd. (RNC)

TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - At the request of the company, Rencore Resources Ltd. will be delisted at the close of business today.

Rencore is merging with Bold Ventures Inc. (symbol: BOL), a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, pursuant to a three-cornered amalgamation on Monday, February 13, 2012. Upon filing of the Articles of Amalgamation, Rencore will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bold and the shareholders of Rencore will receive Bold shares in exchange for their Rencore shares.
