[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0809Q Bodycote PLC 25 February 2016 \n\n \n25 February 2016\n \nBodycote plc\n \nDirectorate Changes\n \n \nBodycote plc (\"Bodycote\" or \"the Group\") announces that David Landless, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to retire as a Director of the Board.\n \nDavid has agreed to remain with the Group to ensure a smooth handover to his successor and he will oversee the publication of the Group's 2016 Full Year Results if the handover has not been completed ahead of this date.\n \nBodycote plc also announces that Raj Rajagopal will retire as Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the AGM on 27 May 2016.\n \nStephen Harris, Group Chief Executive of Bodycote, said:\n \n\"David has been with Bodycote for 18 years, during which time he has made an outstanding contribution to the Group. He has been a loyal and inspirational colleague to many and he will leave with our gratitude for the considerable effort he has expended over this period. In the meantime I look forward to continuing to work with him and ensuring a smooth handover to his successor.\n \n\"I would also like to thank Raj for his continued support over the years.\"\n \nAlan Thomson, Chairman of Bodycote, said:\n \n\"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank David for his dedication and exceptional service to the Group over many years and we wish him all the best in the next stage of his career as he grows his non-executive director portfolio.\n \n\"Raj Rajagopal's wise counsel has been invaluable throughout the whole period of Group transformation.
