Salter as member of the Board of Directors effective immediately and as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), commencing January 1, 2021.\nMr. Salter will be responsible for scaling the internal finance and reporting capabilities of Boatim as well as further developing our systems in performance tracking, governance, and accounting.
