[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nCALGARY, Oct. 10, 2013 /CNW/ - Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: BEI.UN)\n\n\nBoardwalk Rental Communities (\"Boardwalk\") hosted its second Monopoly\n Tournament for their Edmonton, AB, Residents beginning September 14,\n 2013, with 65 participants playing in the first round. After four\n previous rounds totaling six hours, the tournament concluded on October\n 5, 2013, with three finalists competing against two Boardwalk\n Associates: Angel Padilla, Small Capital Projects Coordinator and Kelly\n Mahajan, VP Customer Service. The three finalists, Duane Couteriell,\n David White and Amir Sajedian, are all Residents in various Edmonton\n Boardwalk Communities.\n\n\nThe contestant coming in first place Duane Couteriell, received six (6)\n months of free rent, an approximate value of $6,000. The second place\n contestant, Amir Sajedian, received one (1) month of free rent, an\n approximate value of $1100, while the third place contestant, David\n White, received an iPad3.\n\n\nDuane Couteriell, winner of the tournament, said, \"Winning the six\n months free rent provides a break for my wife who works long, hard\n hours and gives us the ability to go visit our daughter who we haven't\n seen in a long time. This couldn't have come at a better time and I\n want to thank Boardwalk for hosting this great event.\"\n\n\nAs Boardwalk continues to build stronger communities and connect\n Residents through events such as the Monopoly tournament, we not only\n create new memories but strengthen relationships.
