(the \"Company\") (TSX: GBT) provides an update further to its announcement made on April 30, 2020 that, due to logistics and delays caused by the COVID-19 virus, it is relying on the exemption provided by Decision No2020-PDG-0023 of the Autorité des marchés financiers and an equivalent exemption provided by the Ontario Securities Commission to postpone the filing of the following continuous disclosure documents (collectively, the \"Annual Documents\"):\nthe Company's annual audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2020 as required by section 4.2 of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations (\"NI 51-102\");the Company's annual management report (MD&A) for the year ended January 31, 2020 as required by subsection 5.1(2) of NI 51-102;the Company's annual information form for the year ended January 31, 2020 as required by section 6.2 of NI 51-102.Pursuant to such decision, a company required to make certain filings during the period from March 23, 2020 to June 1, 2020 has an additional 45 days from the deadline otherwise applicable under Quebec securities laws to make the filing.
