(TSXV: BLM)\n is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dan Scroggins as\n President of its Water Division.  Mr. Scroggins, formerly BluMetric's\n Chief Technology Officer, has more than thirty years' experience in the\n water and wastewater treatment industry, including many years in senior\n client-facing and technology implementation roles.  He has been with\n BluMetric since 2006.  Harry Marshall, founding president of the\n BluMetric Water Division and formerly CEO of Seprotech, plans to retire\n in mid-2014 but will remain as an advisor to the BluMetric Executive\n Committee and mentor to Mr. Scroggins over the next year.\n\n\n\"I have worked with Dan for many years, and his vast experience and\n technical expertise coupled with his people skills make him the obvious\n choice to lead BluMetric's Water Division as I move towards\n retirement,\" said Harry Marshall.  \"Dan is entirely capable of driving\n the business.\"\n\n\n\"To take the helm from Harry Marshall is both an opportunity and a\n challenge, and I am thrilled to step into the president's role,\n especially with Harry's ongoing support,\" said Dan Scroggins. \"I see\n very significant opportunities for the growth of BluMetric.  Working\n closely with our Professional Services Division, my goal is to continue\n to build the Water Division revenues and develop our project pipeline\n while always adding to our technical capabilities.  New technology\n adoption will continue to be a fundamental element here.\"\n\n\n\"I am very pleased to welcome Dan to the executive team,\" said BluMetric\n CEO, William (Bill) Touzel.  \"Dan and I have worked together on many\n projects over the years, and I know that he has the breadth and depth\n of knowledge necessary to continue to strengthen our Water Division. \n His technology focus will help us add to our water and wastewater\n products and services, and we really have the best of both worlds with\n Harry Marshall continuing his involvement with BluMetric through this\n transition period and beyond.  This will ensure a smooth succession,\n continued management strength, and solid growth momentum.\"\n\n\nThe board of BluMetric would like to stress its gratitude to Harry\n Marshall for his exceptional service.
