(TSXV: BLM) announced today that, following the adoption of its Advance Notice By-Law, it received formal notice on Monday, March 5, 2018 from Roger Woeller, a shareholder of the Company and current member of the Board of Directors, of two individuals that he intends to nominate for election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28, 2018, in Ottawa. The full text of the Advance Notice By-Law is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. If Mr. Woeller nominates these individuals for election at the meeting, there will be a total of 8 nominees for the 6 board positions to be elected at the meeting.\n\nThe Board of BluMetric reminds shareholders that BluMetric has already proposed a full complement of 6 experienced directors and recommends shareholders vote in favour of the BluMetric nominees.
